We spent a week in Dubrovnik staying in a small private hotel on the shore (complete with topless sunbathers). The city was very interesting and we had a couple of excursions to Mostar, in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and a nearby island. However, we stayed a bit too long as it got a bit boring.
