We spent a couple of nights in Budapest whilst staying in Austria just as the 'Iron Curtain'was coming down. Our car was searched on the way in and out and We stayed in a basic tourist hotel/motel called 'The Citadella'. We met up with Tibor Bodrogi's brother Czaba and visited a few attractions. Food was cheap and I was asked to exchange deutschemarks but declined.
